THE PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We start on each wedding with a consultation either in person, by phone, or via emails. We will discuss all aspects of the wedding including the personal style of both bride and groom. During the consultation we will go through sample designs as well as material options. We encourage you to bring along (or email) any pictures, ideas, and colors you have in mind. Inspiration can be found everywhere. Anything from flowers and cake photos to dress and venue choices can influence your wedding invitations.

COST ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULE
A preliminary cost estimate and schedule will be emailed to you during or after the design consultation. If you choose to go ahead at this stage we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to continue with the design process.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Here you select your wording, fonts, and colors. An electronic proof (eProof) of the wedding invitations will be emailed via PDF format for your review.

Below are examples of fonts, motifs, and monograms you can use as reference when designing your stationery.  However, If you do not find what you're looking for, do not hesitate to let us know as we have an abundance of styles not included in the attachments below.

FINAL PROOF AND PAYMENT
At the completion of the design phase a final eProof along with a revised invoice & proof contract will be emailed for your review. Unlimited eProofs are free of charge. Carefully review the final proof for any spelling, grammar or design errors. When you have signed off your final proof, we require full payment.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Your final invoice will have an approximate ship date.  Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground. Once your order is shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your tracking number. Printing and assembly of our wedding invitations will generally take 4-6 weeks (please contact us for any urgent orders). Local brides and grooms may choose to pick up the completed designs in person. We can also deliver wedding invitations nationally and internationally.
